After more than 20 years in the serious world of print production I decided it was time to follow my heart and my tastebuds and packed a bag and headed to the New Zealand School of Cheese to learn 'hands on' the science behind cheese-making and completing the Cheese Makers Certificate-This certificate is an NZQA approved course.

Choose from 'A Brief History of Old World/New World Wine tasting' evening (In regards to the Old World Wine thing, it's a chance to try New Zealand versions of classic Grape Varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir against their 'Old World' counterparts. It's very interesting to taste them together for comparison purposes)... or perhaps enjoy a 'Ricotta & Ravioli Demonstration evening (includes a light meal of ravioli & fresh hot focaccia breads).
