I am a high energy person that has many projects on the go - Artist, Writer, Blogger, Website Builder, Social Media Manager, Philosopher, Nurse, Manager, Counselor. etc

I paint in a variety of mediums. Much of my Art is donated to causes and organizations I care about. In the past I have donated art to Boy Scouts of America, Lions International, Rotary International, Animal Rights Groups and Women's Organizations.

I love sports and have been involved in Youth Sports since I was a youth. I was on the original committee to bring Ringette to BC in 1972. My greatest skill as a volunteer is inn promotions and creating good memories and a positive image. For the past two years I have managed the North Vancouver Wolf Pack Junior Hockey Teams social media campaign and website.

Since a teen I have had a passion to discover how Heath is affected by Diet, Exercise, Environment, Heredity and Consciousness? That has taken me on a long journey of exploration. It is and why I choose Registerd Nursing as one of my careers. I have studied with traditional healers from both North and South America. I am certified in a wide variety of therapy modules including alternative therapy modules and was one of the first nurses in BC to practice Healing Tough and Hypnosis in hospitals.

Some say I am an amplifier who can bring both the negative and positive to the surface. Others claim I am an medical intuitive. I don't claim to be either. I will let you decide.
