Linda Esposito

I am a Children's Librarian at the Peters Township Public Library located in McMurray, Pennsylvania which is a suburb south of Pittsburgh.

I work closely with the school librarians in our district. I learn from them and they learn from me. Together we make quite the team. Having said that, I have been interested in learning their side of librarianship. Our new director had retired as an elementary school librarian. Working with the librarians and our new director inspired me to work on achieving the MLIS degree.

I received my bachelor's degree in business from Penn State. I have a Graduate Certificate in Language and Literacy Education from Penn State. I am now in my 3rd semester with UCMO.

I have 2 wonderful adult children. My daughter is a junior at Kent State and my son graduated from Virginia Tech and is doing security forces for the air force. I am very proud of both of them.
