Co-founder of healthcare research company helping communities understand and compare hospital quality through the eyes of RNs working in their local hospitals. Currently working with Pharma companies on IME needs assessments and clinical education innovations.

Founder of a healthcare staffing operations company assisting healthcare systems vet, interview and onboard temporary/contract clinical and rev cycle staff.

Outside of work, my interests range from foodie tourism to volunteering. I have yet to find a place that rivals the gastronomy experiences in Spain but I'm actively looking for it. I am known to find my way on new and unbeaten paths (ask me about the time I landed in Dublin for 8 days with nothing but a car reservation and one of my best friends) but also love mingling with the locals and returning to great places I've already enjoyed.

I enjoy participating in activities that make my community better. I recently served on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels Durham, an organization that delivers a nutritious meal, a safety check and a smile that serves as a lifeline to seniors of limited mobility. I would like to find a similar opportunity to support the community here in the Dallas Metroplex.

Besides travel and volunteering, you'll also find me enjoying performing arts (music, ballet, theater) and being outdoors when it's not 100 degrees with 100% humidity.
