A bit about me: I grew up in the burbs, a shy little sister of two brothers and daughter of the two most fantastic parents one could ever have. I had a picture perfect childhood and I am happy I can say so. I thought about being a police woman, an actress, a writer, and a karate professional as a few career paths. So I ended up studying computer science with a minor in mathematics (so far from those childhood ideas) and I spent twenty years post university in the information technology arena. It was a lucrative, informative, fun time until it wasn't! My little light was not shining. And so my world morphed into returning to school in my mid thirties to obtain a degree in professional counseling. It was the best decision and leap of faith I have ever taken! My little light has been beaming since.

My greatest joy in life is my loved ones (including my four legged loved ones). My runner up, is my passion and ability to help others through life challenges. To see growth, to see their troubles be alleviated and to see new capabilities surface. To be blessed with walking beside them through their journeys of self discovery. These joys fill my heart more than I ever imagined. I am blessed and wealthy beyond my own comprehension.

And to wrap up my bio, on the lighter side, things that make me tick: Rubik's Cube, Brainy Smurf, Photography, Writing, Smoothies, Honey Suckles, Laughter, Thunderstorms, Cooking, Learning, Loving, Sharing, Piano, Memories, Hiking, Movies, Sunshine, and just spending time being!

Thanks for reading, I wish you a wonderful life.
