Linda Parker Pennington

Life Coach, Consultant, and Small Business Owner in San Francisco, California

I am an entrepreneur focused on the people side of business. I help my clients - individuals, teams, corporate, academic and social enterprises - achieve their vision and realize their full potential through integral talent management. That means, attracting, motivating and developing the best talent possible, aligned with your core values. I do this in ways that include leadership assessment and one-on-one coaching, team development, talent and business strategy alignment, change management and employee engagement. I've worked in 50 countries, have an MBA from Stanford, and I am a "people connector" whose worked with some of the best organizations in the world, including: Apple, Google, Accenture, Mercer, Citibank, Genentech, IBM, Intel, Cisco, HP, Paypal, Stanford University, Goodwill and the Wikimedia Foundation. I live in San Francisco and my network of alliances is global. My husband, Greg, is a mortgage banker, and our son, James, studies film-making in high school. I'm an active supporter of the Bay Area arts scene, particularly fine art, jazz, film and theater. You can typically find me enjoying fine art at MoAD, a concert at SF Jazz, a play at the Marsh, an indie film at Alamo Draft House or a beer at Speakeasy in the Bayview district. I welcome you to connect with me on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ , Twitter, Instagram, Yelp or YouTube.
