Linda Ruocco

I am a licensed associate real estate broker in NYC, specializing in Manhattan. I have been doing real estate for over 12 years, after a transition from a 25 year career in the fashion business, creating upscale businesses for stores like Bloomingdale's and Saks Fifth Avenue. I have sold over $80M worth of property in Manhattan, and I have recently sold a $39.5M apartmet in The Plaza Hotel. Many of my customers and clients are international and so I am knowledgeable about what buildings work for international customers and how to find and/or create the perfect possiblity for them -- as, indeed, I do for all my customers.

I am also the writer of a story blog at www.spiritualchocolate.com and am writing a spiritual memoir that begins with my volunteering at the armory after 9/11 to work with the victims' families. I live in NYC and have a 35 year old son, Josh, who works for Macy's Corporate.
