I began my training career with Apple Computer, gaining unparalleled experience managing their training division, while also establishing myself as a respected learning and development professional. My passion moved me to the virtual world while working at WebEx where I developed an award winning Customer University.

Currently working as the Digital Learning Experience Training Manager for Cisco, I am using my secret talent of strategically designing memorable, high energy training experiences. While my speaking and consulting engagements have taken me around the world, I am proud to call the bay area of California home.
