Robert Lindquist

Boston, Massachusetts

I am Robert James Lindquist, a resident of #75 Beal St. Winthrop, Ma. USA and a graduate of Northeast Metropolitan Vocational High School (class 1980) in Wakefield, Massachusetts, USA. I studied in cabinet making, and after graduation I worked in different jobs and I did some woodworking projects.

I started working at the Town of Winthrop in February of 1987 and after 25 years and 7 months of serving in the town, I retired so I could concentrate in my woodworking which is my passion.

Over the course of my service in the Town of Winthrop, going in and out of the compost site, I was wondering what will happen to the felled town trees. I had read a book about Harvesting Urban Timber, and I realized that alot of the trees went into landfills to help the country go green and reducing the waste. That was the time I found out about the Woodmizer Machine.

In 2006, I went to a local Rockler Woodworking Store where I saw an LT40 Super HD Woodmizer machine in action, and I was able to talk to the guy who was in charge and operates the machine. I was delighted with the machine and I was able to purchase my own LT15 Woodmizer.

Now that I am retired, I am looking for a place for my woodmizer machine so I could start my woodworking business.
