Russell Lind
Russell Ragnar Lind was born in Columbus, Georgia in May of 1996. After briefly living in Columbus, he moved to the small town of Pine Mountain, GA at the age of two years. Throughout his youth, Russell participated in many sports such as baseball, soccer, basketball, tennis, golf, and wrestling. Russell began his schooling at the St. Luke preschool, and started elementary school at Park Elementary. While there Russell was involved in many activities such as student council where he eventually rose to treasurer. After graduating from Park, Russell continued his education at Harris County Carver Middle School. During this time Russell joined the band where he learned to play the saxophone and the tuba. Russell graduated from middle school, and then returned to Columbus to finish grade school at Columbus High. During his high school years Russell achieved several goals worthy of note. He served as captain of the Math team where helped lead the team to three tournament victory. He also became an Eagle Scout and learned to play the piano. Russell is now studying statistics and business as a freshman at the University of Georgia, and works at the University calling center as a student fundraiser. With degrees in finance business administration and statistics, Russell plans on becoming an actuary for insurance companies where he will evaluate risks of insuring various clients.
