Work History:

I have been with the Ash Grove R-IV School District in Ash Grove, MO for 8 years. I began working with the after-school program, Pirate Pals, where I was site director. I have also worked in the special education department as a paraprofessional for 1 year. Currently, I am the K-12 library media specialist for the district. This will be my fourth year in this position.

Education:

I received my Bachelor's in Education from Missouri State University with certification in Elementary Education (grades 1-6). I obtained my certification in Library Media. I am currently working towards my Master's degree as Library Media Specialist at University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO.

Additional Experience:

I am currently serving on the district's Technology committee, which is aiding in moving our district forward technologically. I am also serving as the Professional Development Committee chair person. I continue to serve on various specialized committees in each building every year. Additionally, I have served as the AGHS Cheerleading coach for 7 years.
