Lindsay Goodson is a city girl who loves a country boy, blooming where she's planted in Earlsboro, OK. She is the Executive Chef and Owner of Local Dish, a unique eatery in Shawnee that is comprised of three concentrations: Personal Chef Services, Catering, and a "Good-to-Gourmet" Marketplace of handcrafted, packaged meals for clients who are short on time.

In addition to running Local Dish full time, Lindsay is married to a good 'ol boy who is her biggest cheerleader, Josh. She is mother to three energetic, adoring, brilliant children who keep her on her toes: Sister Soul, 3G, and Ladybug.

When Oklahoma days are long and hot, she longs to be taken back to the Colorado Mountains.
