I was born in Toronto Canada. Was married at 25 to my amazing husband and had 2 amazing children our oldest with special needs. I have always lived life pleasing and doing for others. I thought this was how I was to live my life, but deep down I knew it left me empty drained with never enough time for me but I kept doing it, as it was how I always did things.. One sunny beautiful day my life changed forever. A tragic accident happened in my life that would change my view on life, this event not only changed my life but it SAVED my life. With the help of my amazing family, grounded therapist and forever forgiving friends, so began my life of Extreme self care. This journey is never ending and my life's passion is to share and teach others how to live a simple and happy life.
