Lindsay Duncan, LEED-AP BD+C, O+M

As a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design + Construction and Operations + Maintenance, Lindsay has helped certify 22 LEED projects with Halcom Consulting. Her expertise in sustainable design and construction for commercial space includes office and public buildings, mixed-use centers, medical facilities, and educational buildings.

As a Sustainability Project Manager for Halcom Consulting, her vast LEED project experience has excelled her in many facets of building energy analysis, while fostering an environment of open communication and mutually beneficial decision-making.

Prior to joining Halcom Consulting in 2010, Lindsay graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Interior Design emphasising in Architecture. She brings a unique perspective to the firm in understanding the interconnectedness between the aesthetics of good design and the sustainability process of the LEED rating system. Coming from a General Contracting background, she has the ability to see issues not only from the owner's and consultant's point of view but the General Contactor's as well.

Lindsay brings a passion for conservation devoted to the sustainable building industry. She is a devoted Albuquerque native and is a member of USGBC-NM Chapter; she is an assistant LEED instructor at Central New Mexico College, and serves as a Core Member of the Lean Construction Institute- New Mexico Community of Practice.
