Currently, I work as a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Classroom Assistant in a Primary School.

I'm passionate about good mental health and wellbeing for all.

Points of Light Award -Prime Minister's Office, 10 Downing Street - for Services to Perinatal Mental Health in Northern Ireland.

I have a BA Hons in Business with Computer Science, a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Graduate Diploma in Theology.

I'm also a Qualified Mental Health First Aider.
