I have after working in a range of competitive sales environments over the years developed a strong personal commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction. This experience along with my strong and dedicated work ethic allows me to offer a high level of service to customers as well as my employer.
My previous career of 20 years in electronic media, as a radio announcer, has given me a number of skills that have followed through to my sales career. Skills such as self-confidence, multi tasking and quick problem solving that were necessary in a ‘live’ radio environment and have flowed seamlessly into sales.
I am proficient in a number of business management software program as well as various customer relations programs. I am also proficient in the Microsoft office suite of programs.
