Experience is the difference between a smooth closing and a horror story.

I genuinely believe that buying or selling a home shouldn’t be a stress-induced nightmare.

I’ve spent the better part of two decades learning the secret to a successful deal isn’t in the "hustle"—it’s in the preparation. I’ve handled hundreds of transactions, from first-time homes to complex high-value estates, and I’ve picked up a few awards along the way (RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Titan Club, Diamond club, FLX Favorite, and Ithaca REALTOR® of the Year among them).

If you’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear instead of what you need to know, we probably aren’t a fit. But if you’re looking for someone who will protect your investment, explain the risks, and get you to the closing table without the drama, you’re in the right place.

What you can expect from me:

Education First: I believe a confused client is a stressed client. I take the time to break down the legal jargon and complex contracts so you actually understand what you're signing.

Real Pricing: I price homes accurately, not optimistically just to make you happy.

Zero Drama: I negotiate firmly, without the theatrical text messages or ego.

Unfiltered Logic: I explain risks clearly so you can make informed decisions instead of emotional ones.

I’m a firm believer that good representation is about being the calmest, most prepared person in the room. I’m a wife, a mom, and a local business owner who truly cares about the Finger Lakes region. When we work together, you aren’t just a "transaction count." You’re a neighbor I’m helping protect.

Disclaimer: I am a media girlie. Between co-hosting our podcast Under Contract Taking Backup with my teammate Chelsey, and hitting the local airwaves on WHCU’s Knock Knock Property Talk with my long-time mentor Melissa, you’re probably going to hear my voice a lot. I apologize in advance.

So, you probably want to know a little bit about who you’re jumping into the market with before we go steady.

At my core, I am a total advocate for this region. I’ve called the Finger Lakes home since 1999, and honestly, I live for our local small businesses. If you need a recommendation for the best small-batch coffee shop, a stellar farm-to-table restaurant, or a weekend craft brewery, I’m your girl.

I live in beautiful Trumansburg with my husband, Rordan, our teenage sons, and orange cat, Solomon. When I’m not obsessing over real estate details or doing pro-bono work for Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS), you can usually find me volunteering with T-burg Takes on Pediatric Cancer, or screaming at the TV cheering on my Steelers or watching movies.
