Lindsay has lived through the many struggles that accompany Hashimoto's Thyroditis as well as Adrenal Fatigue and other hormonal imbalances. She is on a quest to find true health through diet, supplements and lifestyle. She has a love for God that compares to nothing else, followed by her wonderful husband and beautiful daughter. She hopes to encourage, collaborate and laugh with new friends.
