Lindsay Rice

I was born and partly raised in Pennsylvania, but proud to call Virginia my home since 1993!

I earned undergraduate degrees in Business and Spanish, and have more than 10 years of experience in professional marketing, public relations, business development, customer-centered account management, and client negotiations. In 2015 I joined my husband, Ryan, in real estate and together we co-founded Rice Properties Group, Inc., based in Fairfax, VA.

I help a variety of people buy and sell their homes, but my focus is on multimedia listings, luxury and first-time home buying guidance. I am proudly affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR).

Beyond my real estate career, I am a health conscience wife and mother. I have a baby girl named Rylea, a Labradoodle named Hershey, and a husband and business partner, Ryan. I enjoy traveling, good food and wine, yoga and other types of exercising, and loves hiking and biking.
