Lindsey Gillis

I'm a first-year journalism student at Ryerson University. I have always had a passion for writing and I strongly believe that it's one of the best ways to be able to get my ideas and thoughts out into the world, as well as an effective creative outlet.

Coming from an extremely small town, I'm interested in almost anything that has to do with the big city. I'm particularly interested in everything about fashion and music, and I would say that they're two of my favourite things in the world. Once I've completed university, my goal is to be able to write for either a fashion or music magazine, and at one point possibly edit one.

Outside of school, I still constantly incorporate my passion for music and fashion into my life. For the most part, you can either find me shopping at the mall or online, or looking for new artists and bands to listen to.
