I am passionate about positive social change and helping individuals to achieve their potential. Managing Director of Street Step a new social enterprise using dance fitness to support unemployed young people to get into work and training in the UK.

Unwilling to make assumptions; I value good practice grounded in evidence and evaluation. I am always keen to discuss new opportunities, partnerships and innovative ideas - preferably over a good cup of coffee.

Born in Yorkshire, raised in Canada, and now loving life in London with my husband Ryan and my dog Arthur.
