Lindsey McCaw

Lindsey is an 8th year Kindergarten teacher in Upstate, NY. She was awarded a Blended Learning grant in 2013, which provided her with access to the technology needed to bring 21st century learning to her students, through the Blended Learning Model.
During the 2013-2014 school year, Lindsey was a catalyst in transforming the Common Core Listen & Learn Modules into a Blended Learning experience in Kindergarten classrooms throughout the district. She used Photostory 3 and Kahoot to actively engage students in the content while assessing their learning simutaneously.
Lindsey is most excited to integrate STEM initiatives into her classroom with the use of Bee Bots as a learning device in the 2014-2015 school year.
