Lindsey Arant

Hello Pelion Panthers!
My name is Lindsey Arant. I am so excited to be teaching your child this year at Pelion Elementary School. I graduated from Lexington High School in 2004 and earned an Early Childhood degree from Lander University in 2008. I also have a Master’s Degree in Divergent Learning from Columbia College. I have been a substitute teacher in this district for a year which included 2 long term substitute opportunities and I have been a full time teacher for 4 years.
In my free time, I like to play with my 7 year old dog Adrian, who is a terrier/ boxer mix. I also enjoy playing with my 7 year old nephew Jacob, my 4 year old niece Ivy, and my 2 year old nephew Henry. I love working with children and have a passion for teaching. In my classroom, my students will gain confidence academically and as a leader.
