The heart of my business is the Stella & Dot trunk show experience. What is a trunk show? Well, it is a pop up boutique in a hostess' kitchen, along with her girlfriends, some snacks and drinks. My hostesses get to shop for free and half price and enjoy a fun night together with their girlfriends. It is such a unique shopping experience and my customers have loved it.

I also recruit stylists to join our company and coach them to help our customers with the latest trends and start their own fashion business.

I love my job and am inspired by the amazingly fun women that I have met in this company. Day by day, I surprise myself with the goals that I have achieved and the high bar that I have set for myself and my fabulous team.
