Lindsey Passmore

Behavioral Health Program Manager in Pleasanton, California

I have had a passion for working and caring for older people my whole life and began regularly volunteering with seniors while finishing my undergraduate degree in Public Health Education at SF State in 2009. After graduating, I began my work as an activities director at a corporate assisted living community, before developing and managing a behavioral health program at a nonprofit in Alameda County for seniors that focused on medication safety and empowering individuals to advocate for their own healthcare needs. During this time, I decided to return to school to pursue a master's degree in Applied Gerontology at Brenau University, which will be completed in August of 2016.

In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, arts and cultural events, dancing, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and dog, Timmy. I have a wonderful and supportive fiancé, who has encouraged me every step of the way and we are thrilled to finally get married this October! I enjoy the challenges and excitement that life brings to me and I am truly looking forward to my future in senior services.
