Lindsey Wiseman
Raised by a family and community of urban pioneers in the Historic San Rafael Neighborhood near downtown Denver, Lindsey has built an interest and expertise not only in Real Estate sales but the many facets which comprise the real estate industry, especially in urban Denver including historic restoration and redevelopment, new builds, community planning and outreach. Growing up spending her afternoons, evenings and weekends with her father, she was witness to over 100 restoration projects, numerous pop-tops and new builds. Evenings spent at neighborhood association meetings, planning board reviews and zoning meetings was the norm growing up and is still the norm today. She is also active in the greater Denver community through her time spent with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Five Points Rotary Club, Boulder County AIDS Project and . Lindsey loves to get to know people and then help them find not only a house to call home but a community where they can continue to build their lives. In recent years she has had hands on experience renovating several properties close to downtown and has also been instrumental in the design, building, staging and sales of St James Row, a high-end six unit town home development in the San Rafael Historic District. In order to attract attention to this project which was priced from the mid 600,000s - high 700,000s during one of the worst real estate markets in history, she hosted numerous events that attracted hundreds of guests in the target market. In the end she was able to sell out the project while many other high-end new builds in Denver remained on the market, went back to the banks or were sold at severe price reductions. Whether you are looking for a new place to call home, selling your current home or looking to fix and flip or build and sell Lindsey will be an amazing asset to have on your team and to look out for your best interests.
