Lindy McManus is a Residential Property Finder (or Buyer’s Agent) and operates in central London. For over 20 years Lindy has worked in some of the most exclusive areas, such as Marylebone, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Regents Park, St. John’s Wood, Holland Park, Kensington and all postcodes around Hyde Park.

Lindy’s role is more than simply saving time and effort for the client from endlessly registering with estate agents – it’s providing a specialist knowledge of local areas and even properties that are not on sale yet. As a buyer’s agent, Lindy acts entirely on behalf of the purchasers that commission her.

Lindy then locates, pre-views and creates a shortlist of properties focussing on your specifications and budget. When you have chosen the property that is right for you, Lindy will negotiate a price downwards, which in theory, should cover her fees. Once agreed, Lindy will conduct all the negotiations for you, by liaising with estate agents and solicitors. Lindy is there it ensure that the process runs as smoothly and stress-free for you as it can be.
