Linear Rails

Linear Rails is part of Chambrelan UK Ltd – a well established organisation specialising in the design, development, manufacturing and supply of heavy duty telescopic slides and linear rail motion systems. Over the years Linear Rails have provided thousands of ball bearing slides and guidance rails for equipment manufacturers. We supply light duty, medium duty and heavy duty rails to a range of different industries.

All of our products are of the highest standard and have been tried and tested in some of the harshest environments including defence, manufacturing, special purpose machinery, the emergency services, off-shore markets, pharmaceutical and electronic industries.

Light Duty Linear Rails

Ideally suited for motion systems with a less demanding load and limited space envelope, such as small electronic applications. The light range is available in different materials such as aluminium, steel and zinc plated steel.

Medium Duty Linear Rails

This range delivers strength and durability for larger systems of a more robust nature. Perfectly suited for food hygiene, sliding doors, machine guarding, pharmaceutical applications – available in steel and stainless steel.

Heavy Duty Linear Rails

Our heavy duty series can manage extremely heavy loads and are exceptionally well suited to the industrial sector, for use in security doors and high temperature environments.

Additional Services

Linear Rails also offer additional services to our three standard category ranges, we can produce linear motion systems to suit individual customer needs and can include our standard carriers or our High Temp carriers. Our standard carriers, made from steel and reinforced nylon with a recommended operating temperature range from -20° to 100° or our High Temp (HT) carriers, made from a top and bottom plate of steel which can be used in temperatures up to 250°.

As standard, we use high pressure grease for steel slides and white grease for aluminium and stainless steel slides for the ball bearings used within our carriers. Forming part of our bespoke service, we can also provide food grease (compatible clean room) Teflon grease (for spray booths), high temperature grease and grease free mounting.
