博士课题研究方向
五轴联动机床无干涉高效刀具路径生成算法研究及CAM软件开发。研究内容包括:
1.粗加工环形刀路生成及优化;
2.基于可行域插值的五轴无干涉刀具姿角快速生成;
3.基于加工仿真的等残高刀路生成;
4.基于加工仿真的等弓高刀路生成;
5.基于姿角曲线在C空间平移的无奇异刀具姿角优化;
6.基于粒子群算法的五轴工件在工作台上安装优化。
