Lionel Richard is a husband, father and business owner. He co-owns Above Code Electric with locations in Richmond, VA and Southern Shores, NC. He started in the high school tech center program over 30 years ago and never stopped. With years in the private sector, as well as prior years as a Union electrician, he has a wealth of experience in both the residential and commercial fields.

When Lionel doesn’t have his hands in an electrical panel or installing recessed lights, you can find him surf fishing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
