Hey there, I’m Laszlo Peter. I’m a recruiter living in Budapest, responsible for supporting our RPO clients by identification & acquisition of talented candidates.
It means in a nutshell:
- database search
- contacting and screening candidates
- follow up ongoing recruitment processes and being always present to help
- keeping in strong touch with clients, i.e. understanding HR-related needs, update them and provide feedback (most importantly market info, pool of candidates, sourcing tools being used in the processes)
- co-thinking & co-working with colleagues taking continuous learning as one of the top priorities
- reporting directly to the Sourcing Delivery Lead
