Michael Lipsett

Michael Lipsett is a professional graphic designer and photographer living in the rain and beauty of Vancouver, Canada. His artistic roots developed in Calgary, Alberta where he went to the Alberta College of Art and Design. There he dug in to the burgeoning art scene of that crisp prairie town. Over the next 10 years his big sky industrial approach to photography and design became nostalgic, reaching to out to more organic and traditional inspirations. He completed his formative education in Graphic Design in Vancouver and has since worked with both big firm and big hearted individuals.

His approach to graphic design embodies a sophisticated functionality merged with adventurous curiosity. Michael is tuned in to the cutting edge of graphic design work, but respectful of its history. An enthusiastic and ever positive force to work with, Michael Lipsett's designs range from meticulously crafted hand sketched logos to globally accessed UI. He takes on all projects, big or small, corporate or grass roots, traditional or avant guard, embodying his philosophy that life is for living, and experience for the taking.
