With a BS is Management Information Systems and certifications in Security+, GIAC Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA), and GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN), he is the IT Operations Manager for a $1+B/year petroleum distributor and convenience store chain and the owner of a successful sports toy website Lipshaw Toys and Ebay business.

His experience includes VMware, Microsoft Server, Exchange Server, Sharepoint, as well as network design involving various routers, switches, servers, intrustion detection, and storage area networks. His web business continues to grow with his expertise in hosting, web programming, email marketing, and advertising.

When not hard at work, he enjoys working out, running, and vacationing at Disney World and on the island of Sint Maarten-Saint Martin in the Netherlands Antilles.
