Lisa Baxter

Teacher, Mother, and Musician in Saint Thomas, Ontario, Canada

Lisa is an educator with 22 years experience in the classroom. While most of her time has been spent working in the intermediate division, she has taught all grades K through 8, including ISC and Transitions classrooms, in a variety of curriculum areas. She is passionate about teaching the arts and literacy, and has worked hard through professional development to become a strong math teacher as well. Lisa has worked as both a team member and leader at division, school and system levels throughout her teaching career. As her four children grow older and move towards post-secondary education, she is looking forward to new challenges and opportunities in her career.
