I am a Physical Therapist. I am a health junkie, with the occasional desire for a glass of wine. I am passionate about helping people become the best at who they want to be. I am blessed. I have an amazing family. I have friends for all intents and purposes should be considered family. The grace given to me by my Jesus and family are bountiful and undeserved. I want to leave this world a better place than how I found it.
