I am a mother of beautiful identical twin daughters and a wonderful son. I also have a passion for rescuing animals. Currently I help people improve their health status'. My main focus is supporting people while they lose weight, improve their health, and heighten their fitness levels. I am fortunate to be able to do so through several wonderful organizations.
