As an Advanced Master Gardener, it's so rewarding to see my gardens flourish! Likewise, as a leader and marketer, I love "growing" people and projects. When I unlock my team's gifts and mentor their strengths, we achieve. Empowering others is important to me and I love to see people flourish and shine when they see what they can accomplish. I find the same excitement in working with new products and ideas. It's so rewarding to bring a product to market and watch it grow. Really, we are all leaders, we just need to find our niche in life. I am an avid learner who loves to read and explore new ideas.
