I maintain recruiting quota as hands on recruiter to lead by example. I have specifically dedicated myself to VM/MSP/RPO as it is the most difficult and challenging environment in Staffing. I enjoy leading teams and teaching different cultures best practice recruiting techniques such as focusing on a process policy of sourcing and negotiating first with US Citizens and then outside resources. I am adept at consistently taking ownership of under-performing VM/RPO Teams and increasing submittal ratio, quality and speed thus increasing client visibility, revenue and satisfaction.
