I’m an experienced Life and Leadership Coach based in Co Monaghan, Ireland. I’m currently Ireland’s only coach accredited to issue CPD points to clients (1 CPD point per hour of 1:1 coaching).

My areas of expertise are leadership, resilience, psychological safety and domestic abuse.

I am a former nurse and midwife and my TEDx talk on psychological safety in that sector was the second most watched in the world in September 2021.
