Lisa Carven

I am straddling the very different worlds of 10 years of
infertility followed by motherhood of two living miracles, I am sharing my story of
overcoming infertility and the long journey to motherhood while also sharing
some of my daily life as a Mom.

My goal is to be a help, in some small way, for women and families who may be struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss. It is an opportunity to share some
of what my husband and I experienced over 10 years, and for others to maybe
learn from our successes, failures, good choices and mistakes.

I write for my own sanity because I sometimes find it hard
to believe all that we endured. And I write because it may be easy to look at the shape of my family today and envy what we have; but the road we traveled to get here was a wonderful and terrible gauntlet.
