I'm a modern Appalachian lady with roots in Ireland. I work with incarcerated females as a Transitions/Life Skill teacher, teaching classes such as Relationship Skills, Parenting, Cognitive Restructuring, and all the touchy-feely type classes. I have a master's degree in Community Counseling with an Addictions Concentration from Indiana Wesleyan University. I'm also an adjunct professor for WVU-Parkersburg, teaching College 101, Abnormal Psychology, and Social Psychology. I love Appalachian folklore and history, bluegrass music, photography, archaeology, and learning. I'm also a licensed and ordained minister through Kingsway Fellowship International, of Des Moines, Iowa and am involved in ministry at my home church. I currently serve as West Virginia State Overseer for Igniting New Life Ministries, Inc. I'm happily married and enjoy spending time with my hubby and pets.
