I love a good story. Wether it´s through images, words or sound, good stories is what makes me stop for a minute and just listen with curiosity. I have a solid background in account management and marketing, but it´s the love for communication that has led me to my studies at Nackademins Yrkeshögskola, in "Marketing Communication in Social Media". In my studies I specialize towards social media, content marketing.

My professional experience include two years as a marketing coordinator at a family company, four years working as an account manager, two of wich at one of Scandinavias most succesfull image agencys, where I had the agency´s biggest clients in my portfolio. At Eductions Media.com, my funcion as an account manager was consulting customers in online marketing. From these years I´ve attained a strong business sense, but my heart lies in communication. I now aspire to combining these two skills through working with communication in Social Media.

I also lead a weekly fitness program I have created - Soca Fitness. Born out of my love for well-being, dance and caribbean culture, Soca Fitness is a dance inspired aerobic program influenced by caribbean carnival moves and dance.

My goal with Soca Fitness is to create an unpretentious atmosphere where everyone can participate on their own terms. Carnival in Trinidad & Tobago is for everyone, young and old, all nationalities! I want to use soca music and Caribbean culture to promote well-being, both physically and mentally. It should be fun and unpretentious to move your body to music! I want more people to discover caribbean culture and how to turn the workout into a celebration!
