Lisa Axelrod brings both personal and professional finesse to her job. In her most recent position, she filled the capacity of Production Supervisor and Executive Assistant to the Director of SoCal Filmworks Inc., a film production company based in Los Angeles, California. Her many duties as a production supervisor included overseeing all aspects of production from initial concept to marketing and distribution. Lisa Axelrod also represented the company at the American Film Market for international distribution. As an executive assistant, she developed internal and external relationships, prepared documents, wrote and edited correspondence, and scheduled meetings. She was also responsible for data and records management and routinely handled sensitive material. She possesses a talent for multitasking, and her passion for meeting people and marketing high-quality products has consistently placed her performance above expectation.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she established and managed a successful event-planning business that grew to include 35 staff members, 15 local providers, and 35 national affiliates. Lisa Axelrod enjoyed her work with the college students at the University of Hawai’i and taught a yearly grant-writing class to 15 students.
