She has over 35 years of clinical, management and human resources expertise including recruitment, talent development, retention, performance improvement and workforce development through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement collaboratives. As a self-proclaimed student of compassion, she researches compassion on organizational culture and relationships and the linkage to impacting behaviors resulting in an excellent employee and patient experience.
