Lisa Bohannon

Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m from Colorado Springs, CO. I currently work as a Senior Specialist in P&C Insurance with USAA, where I focus on coaching and developing insurance professionals. My passion for leadership and mentoring has shaped my career path, and I hope to eventually manage my own team and, down the road, become a Director for our Colorado District. Business communication plays a huge role in my current role, whether it's facilitating team discussions, coaching colleagues, or engaging with members.

Outside of work, my husband and I take full advantage of Colorado’s beautiful landscape. We enjoy golfing, fly fishing, hiking, and camping whenever we get the chance. I also have a 22-year-old son and a 22-year-old stepson, both of whom are navigating adulthood successfully. In addition, my husband and I care for my elderly mother, which has been both a challenging and rewarding experience.
