My goal is to work as a Case Manager with:

1) Mental Illness

2) Seniors

As a co-occurring mental health consumer I have an understanding of the challenges faced daily by others with mental illness. My personal interest leans towards discharge and out patient planning where the success of reintergration in to the community is crucial to the individual's future ability to become a viable member of society. My focus is also to teach those in need particular skills to allow them to remain in society and out of hospitals and institutions.

With Seniors, as well as those with Mental Illnesses, the goal is to continue to carry the message and educate each population self-awareness, individual empowerment and the absolute necessity of developing a tangible social support system that endorses talk therapy, community, and coping skills needed to be successful and confident to make decisions that are based on personal choices.
