Lisa Haneberg

I feel most productive when I catalyze breakthroughs - one-on-one, with leadership teams, and through my writing. My professional career has been devoted to enabling development and success through leadership and internal consulting roles, an individual consulting business and my current position as the Vice President and OD Consulting Practice Lead for Management Performance International (MPI) where I manage the planning and growth of MPI's organizational development business unit.

I am an expert (and lifelong student) in the areas of organization development, management, leadership, talent management, and personal and organizational success. I have over 25 years experience providing departmental leadership, consulting, training and coaching solutions for manufacturing, health care, high technology, government, and nonprofit organizations.

I have written 13 business books and speak on a broad range of topics of interest to leaders and managers. Over the years I have enjoyed working for companies both large and small, including Black & Decker, Intel, Mead Paper, Amazon.com, Cruise West, Beacon Hotel Corp., and TGI Fridays. Recent consulting clients include GE Aviation, Corbis, MedCentral, MTD Products, Perfetti Van Melle, the Federal Aviation Administration, the City of Seattle and the Royal Thai Government. I am available to speak, train, and consult in the US and abroad and have experience working with leaders in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Jamaica, Bhutan, The UK, Brazil, Turkey, and Canada.
