Lisa has over 15 years of experience working for fortune 500 companies and improving operational efficiencies, resulting in over $60 million dollars in cost savings. She has expertise in Organizational Effectiveness, Diagnostics and Design. Lisa is a seasoned Learning & Development Leader, designing learning strategies and interventions aligned to achieving organizational goals. Lisa has implemented performance improvement systems such as lean manufacturing and six sigma resulting in improved customer service by reducing late orders from 17% to 6% and improving employee engagement by 15 basis points. Lisa is skilled at change management strategies and interventions.
