Lisa is a Business Advisor and Consultant living in Blenheim, New Zealand. She is an avid fan of business and a very successful entrepreneur. Lisa owns and operates two businesses and her passion is working with and helping many businesses owners as possible.

At the age of 18, Lisa started her career in business admin and very quickly worked up to management roles, such as Operations Manager. In 2008, she decided she wanted to help not just one business, but as many as she could. Lisa could see many small businesses that couldn't afford to employ full-time or really even part-time, but needed short-term or part-time specialised help in different areas. That is where Sass was born!

The term Business Advisor and Consultant can mean so many things and it certainly does for her. Through both working for others and her two businesses, she has hands on experience in all areas i.e. finance, operations, systems, HR, leadership, strategy and marketing. Whilst, Lisa does work in all areas with clients, she specialises in HR/Leadership and helping clients grow their business and profitability whilst removing themselves away from the grind of their businesses.

Sass covers the main areas of running a successful business so clients can confidently outsource bookkeeping, accounting, marketing, get a business coach/advisor and even attend any of their training workshops aimed at small business owners and key personnel.

In early 2018, Lisa and her business partner purchased another business that they are happy to not work in on a daily basis, but lead from the top (doing exactly what they are helping clients achieve).
