Lisa Young

Lisa Young is a licensed associate real estate broker and the Senior Vice President at the Corcoran Group. Lisa works with both buyers and sellers in the New York City area, guiding them through the process of real estate transactions. With years of experience, Lisa makes buying and selling real estate an easy and painless process. Lisa Young is a very detail-conscious person, which is a great quality to have when working with numerous clients on different projects.

When selling real estate, Lisa puts a lot of time and energy into market research, allowing her to get the right price for her clients property. Lisa believes strongly in her salesmanship and approaches every showing as an opportunity to succeed for her clients. When working with a client who is looking to buy real estate, Lisa Young works tirelessly to position them as a strong buyer. She helps her clients put the best foot forward and gathers all the necessary paperwork before they even begin to look at properties. By putting together their financials, a biography and a bank pre-approval ahead of time, they are able to make an offer the minute they find their dream property. This gives her buyers a distinct advantage in a market as competitive as New York City. She does her best to find her clients the perfect place that aligns with both their budget and expectations. Lisa attended college at Fordham University and achieved her Bachelor of the Arts in Comparative Literature in 1995. During her time at school and throughout the several years that followed, Lisa worked as a self-employed writer, producer and actor. Lisa found success when three of her un-produced screenplays were sold; A Night of Watching,Trevor, My Man, and Far From Home. She has also worked with film and Broadway and off-Broadway theatre producers. Lisa currently serves as a member of the Writers Guild of America, East and Actor’s Equity.
